Last Day of School

 

CONGRATULATIONS ADDYSON !
YOU ARE DONE PRESCHOOL
FOREVER.

Addy had her last day of preschool and I really do not know where she will go from her as we depart to Australia sometime in October as at this point thinking we will not put her in kindergarten and thinking I can benefit from taking hours a day from my kids to help with the time change we will be making . But we will see I can have a change of heart but this is the direction we are leaning towards

 

Man I love this little lady so much .

She has had some great challenges this year not academic but more a social kinda way .

She was struggling and she made I to the end .

She holding her treats we made for each of her class mates.

It was a BIG team effort she even had her sister in on a job too !\I think they turned out great .

She requested to give freezies and I found this cute way of giving them .

I hope everyone enjoyed ! she was concerned about how many we gave each kid because some had one sibling and some had way more then one how would they ever share.

She worries about everything part of the problem of why she had trouble getting  through this year .

I suggested three she said but the kids with just two that doesn't work to share. so we settled on TWO

because the ones that have a one sibling could share and the ones that have more then one could cut them in half.

Thank goodness we had no one with 5 or more it could of been a big problem . \She also had concerns about how much money they cost each .

This is a new one . How much is that? That's a lot mom .

Problems I tell you ... but love her to pieces and honestly I wouldn't have it together if it wasn't for her someday too.

Well for some odd reason Our teacher gifts do not want to load and be on the BLOG today ! I will keep trying later on .

But we bought bamboo plants little glass vases and rocks .

Put it all together which Addy loved doing her self .

then we made a tag that said I was so LUCKY to have a teacher like you !

Easy , simple and very cheap if you have more then one teacher to gift too !

I bought our bamboo plants from IKEA along way back .

 

 

SO a HAPPY last day of school to everyone

Oh BOY !

Where has she gone .....well .. purging  the house of stuff we don't need or don't love so it makes our travels overseas not so heavy and weighed down by baggage of stuff we are not really needing . Love my time with my kids and my yard . Enjoying & love being at the cabin , hosting a favorite things party ,crafting, filing paper work to get my family across the world , learning who I really am and what I need in life and that has made life so way easier !
I am back cause I have Internet at the cabin and life always is better at the cabin more relaxing , comforting and enjoying the finer and less noisy part of my so called  life here .
So a short and sweet post on me honestly be back to writing about all the things I love and the story of my life for all you that are missing out on the growth of my growing tribe .

Crafty Goodie bags

the girl's made these cute ghost by using Kleenex, sharpies , twine & alittle help from mom .We put these in our goodie bags for the party .

Jimmy turns 7

Jimmy really worked this photo shoot for me like a rock star . Loved that he was willing to do anything that I asked of him .  

 He brought along his hockey stick with him .

 Jimmy had a special request to take picture with his grandpas old car which was a pleasure of mine to do that for him .

I was lucky enough to be apart of this fun party . Jimmy turned 7 and to celebrate his mom planned him a plane party .

 LOVE the hat and glasses .Look forward to using these during his photo shoot this weekend.

HAPPY Wonderful GREAT

Weekend was had this past weekend was one of the most relaxing , fun  and enjoying weekends I must say I have had in a long time .
BONUS part it included all of my children with us.
Another Bonus was these pictures I got of the four of them together.

            I have so many reason to be grateful and I must say that these four are right on top of that list .

                                           Hope you all had a great thanksgiving weekend too.

Back 2 School

 1st day of back to school Addy could not be more happy then to get back to the grind.

 It was very chilly day out compared to what we had been use to .

 Decided she did not want a new back pack this year cause her's was not "old " yet !

BFF once again and probably forever unless maybe a boy becomes between them . LOL hopefully that is light years away though.

Back to School

NO ,no and no.
I am not ready for school yet . Or the regular pace of routine of life.UGH ! At the thought actually. But I love FREE and I love to share . So here's a great back to school printable . I look forward to attaching it to  the snack sack with one of those adoreable labels by Papercoterie attached to it. Hope you  get yourself some too .

My Farm Girl

You have been quite the farm girl these days. 

You get up before you even eat you get a t-shirt on and pull on your farm pants .

Just for the chance of not being ready when dad is ready to hit the combine . 

So these pants of been on you each and everyday .  

You have put in on a average of 8-14 hour days with your dad. 

(papa usually radios you before he leaves to see if you want to get a ride home and you radio back No .)

You take 1-2 books 

your lunch and water 

I quite often don't see you until morning as you are home by the time I have went to bed. 

You love the fact that dad and you have to have a shower when you get in .

You think thats so cool to have a shower so late. 

Your dad says you are the best lil partner to have in the combine . 

You sit contently

 telling stories, 

reading stories, 

singing , 

or 

just looking out the window . 

Your sister usually is with you during a few day light hours

 but you are in for the long haul . 

I am so grateful for this time I have to get this house back in order with one tiny tot home and usually napping .

I too can work like a work horse . 

I love you ....

I love you for everything you are and willing to do . Although you fully do not understand how important our day is tomorrow I love you for doing what we are about to do together , Someday you will understand and I do believe you will be proud of yourself then to be making such a BIG girl decision now.

Weekend FUN

We had a friends wedding to attend ,so we made a weekend of it . Aside from yesterdays events we decided to cancel some family photos and enjoy the day .
The kids lounged around .

We had friends come for a swim with us. This was so darn cute because they were looking out the window saying they can see the world.

We took in a walk down by the river , went shopping Addy and I picked up a pair of shoes then headed back for a nap and off to the wedding .
I captured a few pictures.

Here we all are . This was not the dress I wore all night . This was the one I didn't mind getting my crack sweat in during the outside ceremony .So sadly I did not get a picture of my other dress.

I wish I can change it all.
This picture is not the best , but the story this picture holds for each of you @ this moment is totally different.
I will not drag this post out longer then it needs to be for you all .But for me this is apart of our life and  I am sure there is others that share days like these .
bitter sweet.......
I take a picture each and everytime Dman goes back home to his mom . This time Addy tried to hold her emotion in until after her big bro was gone. This day get tougher and tougher each and everyday our children get older . Addy had her biggest melt down ever today ..... then so did I .

How do you teach your  kids the pain of heart break . Broken heart is a something a mama cannot easily fix.As I have said many times on this BLOG . Please appreciate your children everyday for the simple acts and everyday moments .

Happy 9th Birthday

Happy 9th Birthday Kassidy !!!

Took a photo shoot of Kassidy yesterday and she rocked it . Today she celebrates her 9th birthday . So I thought I would surprise her of a sneak peek of what we took as I didn't show her anything we did . I must say she did whatever I asked of her and did great wearing her dress .

Shes fun , outgoing , energetic young lady and I must say her mom and dad are really going to have to look out as she 's stunning gorgeous too . I am sure there will be boys on their door step . 

 We rocked a few poses out on the highway . We were lucky for no traffic as she posed as quickly as she could.

 I was loving the hat and that big smile too !She had all the moves for such great photos .

 We even got busted for using the field by the farmer but I think he was pretty proud that we were using it . He just thought we were having truck trouble on the side of the highway .
