Good Bye September

Well September has come and gone . Here's what we have been up too . School has started back for Addy Wednesday and Music For Young children back on Thursdays.This means routine routine and more routine needs to be part of our lives . I have been keeping up a Supper meal plan on my chalk board door which has been making life doable .One to two crock pot meals a week are a mamas BFF. Baking and freezing it for healthy snacks (muffins) or a sweet treat (cookies ) have been a huge help too .Still working hard on our flooded basement put back . It is coming together . I have been back on the band wagon of keeping moving and about four days a week in our dark creepy basement in the early morning I am running my heart out on the elliptical hoping to get back in shape mostly to beable to give my best self to my family as well as keep up to them but to feel good about me and proud . For anyone that says I don't have time .You make time because more time does not just appear . What else have we been doing this month .We did Black Eyed Peas concert , held a multi family garage sale while Addy had a Pink lemonaid stand with all proceeds going to Because I am a Girl , Rider Game in Regina , both my preschool board commitments and my husbands rink board commitments have began again , my first niece born , birthday parties , doctor appointments , and needles for little kids . A sad good bye to Sept but very excited to Welcome October too !!

Pumpkin Patch 2011

A few highlights of our time at Oak Lake Pumpkin Patch .This has been come a Family Tradition for my family every year and to come home with a pumpkin that each of us picked out ourselves to carve later on .This year my sister had Rhetts 5th birthday there ,so we all had a good time celebrating with him .

Auntie could not manage to stay away from my new niece as I snuck away with out the girls and only Vann in tote to get some more snuggles and some sister time in this afternoon .

Seriously the cutest wrinkly feet I ever seen in my life . I just want to nibble on them . They are so frinkin sweet !!

Vann is exactly 2 months and one day older then Emery what a amazing thing to do with my sister ....... again . Yes this is the second time we had a baby very close together what awesome thing to share with your sister and give to our kids as well as a cousin so close .

Loving the look on Addy's face the smile ,dimples showing through her cheeks and her shiny eyes sparkling.She's so proud and happy to have another girl join the family other then a sister . When Addy first so a picture of Emery in the morning she said she looks so soft . Jeremy and I smiled then she said I will never say soft again . We told her it was OK we just thought it was cute that she said that and not wrong . When we first saw Emery in the hospital Addy said can I pet her . That's what she said when she first saw her little brother too . Then she pets the top of their head . The things kids say and the way they can read your expressions without you saying a word. Love kids they make life worth it !!!

Busy Izzy strikes again ......

YES folks I will get grey hairs from this little hand full of {LOVE} sooner then later .

Have you ever been lubed from head to toe .Leave it to Izzy during nap time .To take the 4.2 oz of Vaseline and rub the whole container all over herself,(look at her shirt) the walls , diaper pail ,and then wash her hands off on her blanket . Look at that face guilty as charged ...
GOO Gone was my miracle worker this day I tell you it worked like a charm .
Addy had her BFF over today . They played with barbies , play dough ,colored ,and played outside , so very well together . They even had a fight over who was the best friend . you are my best friend .... no you are my best friend .....no you are my best friend .... never did figure out who won that fight .

2 Months

WOW times really does fly by seeing how I missed out on his first month photo I was not missing out this time around ,so a day early keeping track of our little man . Here are the many faces of our little man VANN.

-rolling over from tummy to back and sometimes a few more rolls if hes wide awake

-really knows his moms voice

- checking out his surrounding with his eyes constantly

- very strong for a wee man

- weighing in at 7lbs 6oz

- pretty tough to make it through the very "tight " love the girls are constantly giving him

- he had his first doctor visit and she was very impressed by our little man

- blue eyes are really showing now (yah my first blue eyed babe )
