Last Day of School

 

CONGRATULATIONS ADDYSON !
YOU ARE DONE PRESCHOOL
FOREVER.

Addy had her last day of preschool and I really do not know where she will go from her as we depart to Australia sometime in October as at this point thinking we will not put her in kindergarten and thinking I can benefit from taking hours a day from my kids to help with the time change we will be making . But we will see I can have a change of heart but this is the direction we are leaning towards

 

Man I love this little lady so much .

She has had some great challenges this year not academic but more a social kinda way .

She was struggling and she made I to the end .

She holding her treats we made for each of her class mates.

It was a BIG team effort she even had her sister in on a job too !\I think they turned out great .

She requested to give freezies and I found this cute way of giving them .

I hope everyone enjoyed ! she was concerned about how many we gave each kid because some had one sibling and some had way more then one how would they ever share.

She worries about everything part of the problem of why she had trouble getting  through this year .

I suggested three she said but the kids with just two that doesn't work to share. so we settled on TWO

because the ones that have a one sibling could share and the ones that have more then one could cut them in half.

Thank goodness we had no one with 5 or more it could of been a big problem . \She also had concerns about how much money they cost each .

This is a new one . How much is that? That's a lot mom .

Problems I tell you ... but love her to pieces and honestly I wouldn't have it together if it wasn't for her someday too.

Well for some odd reason Our teacher gifts do not want to load and be on the BLOG today ! I will keep trying later on .

But we bought bamboo plants little glass vases and rocks .

Put it all together which Addy loved doing her self .

then we made a tag that said I was so LUCKY to have a teacher like you !

Easy , simple and very cheap if you have more then one teacher to gift too !

I bought our bamboo plants from IKEA along way back .

 

 

SO a HAPPY last day of school to everyone

Oh BOY !

Where has she gone .....well .. purging  the house of stuff we don't need or don't love so it makes our travels overseas not so heavy and weighed down by baggage of stuff we are not really needing . Love my time with my kids and my yard . Enjoying & love being at the cabin , hosting a favorite things party ,crafting, filing paper work to get my family across the world , learning who I really am and what I need in life and that has made life so way easier !
I am back cause I have Internet at the cabin and life always is better at the cabin more relaxing , comforting and enjoying the finer and less noisy part of my so called  life here .
So a short and sweet post on me honestly be back to writing about all the things I love and the story of my life for all you that are missing out on the growth of my growing tribe .

Welcome me BACK .

I had some MAJOR storage issues on my computer which was making impossible to do any posts with pictures which really how fun is a BLOG post without pictures . SO this is me coming back . I had received a new computer as a gift from my family . I have so much too share but for now just a welcome back to me from you . I hope every ones holidays were amazing . Tomorrow be prepared for a New Years Post of course with a million of my lists that are always endless and never ending but keep me on track with life.

Its begining to look

a lot like winter around here . This morning I woke up to a crispy ,sparkly morning of BEAUTIFUL covered everything . The country side is just glistening white with sparkles and shine all around . Had to sneak out for a few photos .

Stache Update PART 3

Storm IN

There is all these warning for our first BIG one coming this weekend that is a blizzard , storm warning , lots of snow , cold temp. and nastiness . So I am preparing for the LONG weekend to be in . This is what I am up to today . I bought lots of Extra thread for my sewing machine , made a  white chocolate smartie cheesecake, cooking  a ham , picked up some paint and brushes to start painting the boys room, hauled wood up to the house and planning for a weekend @ home which really in my eyes isn't all a bad thing to me . I am all ready bring it on old man winter .

This is were I got the idea of the color and horns .Oh yes horns will be hanging these boys room .I love it !

Color :Benjamin Moore Van Deusen Blue HC-156 and we are pairing it with a recommendation from their website of Bronzed Beige 2151-50

Once again horns love also love this headboard so digging this maybe for a BIG boy bed for little man .

Have always been a fan of the pallet DIY. This would work for Dman head board as he already has a bed so just alittle DIY to finish it off. .Also digging the map I would call wreath on door too.

I think this could be a possible DIY project .... someday . 

There that is my weekend plans in a nutshell , to cozy up with my family eating cheesecake by the fire in between painting the walls of the boys room and making some Tutu's too . 

DATE NIGHT with

This little lady .

The hubby and I have decided that our children are old enough and deserve  some parents one on one time. So each month at random but with each having their turn we are taking our children on date nights of their choice. Of course with limits .So when Addy said mom I want my date to go on a plane some where .YAY , me too .LOL.Then declined that option . But indeed  I really like the way she thinks.

 This is how our evening began with chocolate milk and ..... a hot dog . Yup thats what this girlie request for her supper out.

She was so happy that her dad got her the" BIG ONE" chocolate milk . We don't give our children chocolate milk too often so its definitely a treat at our house. 

 Next request for her date night was in her words Paint Class . Which made me think of Fun Time Pottery in Brandon MB . This was our second visit recommend this to every one . It is great and the lady that owns is so great inviting and very welcoming to all .

 This was a Permanent grin on her face for the evening . 

 She choice a cat to paint almost immediately too . 

Dad got into the painting too .

This was her cat with her her scribble of her signature on bottom.

Ended the evening with a movie . It was great evening out .Can't wait til next time .

So glad this little lady enjoyed her night out .
