This is pretty raw looking picture of me today(sweat ,crazy bed head,no makeup ) too raw for color . LOL. I am definitely struggling this week keep up with the workout as I am solo parenting and have sick kids that are keeping me up pretty much all night long but I am stomping through it . A few tips to share with you . Just do it . Nike is so right just keep moving and don't stop . If you want to do really do it you have to . There will be a a excuse waiting at your bedside each and every morning .I will promise you that . But get up and do it almost every time when you are done you will be so glad you did it .Trust me you really do .
Warm up even if you don't think you have time .Just do it . You will pay for this later if you don't .Trust me .
Drink lots of water .
Don't skip two days in a row its liking starting all over .
You will be happy to keep moving !!
